Kyle Bartlett

About Me

15 years of supply chain leadership. Over 300 AI projects. One mission: automate everything.

The Story

I started my career the old-fashioned way: a Purdue engineering degree, then a decade of grinding through supply chain operations at Sears, Belk, and Apple. At Sears, I led a team of 10 managing $120M in retail receipts with 99.95% accuracy. At Apple, I managed iPad supply chain across every retail store and carrier, achieving 100% fill rate on 3 major product launches. I presented 48-week rolling forecasts to C-Suite executives.

When I joined Anker as a Demand Planner, I saw the same inefficiencies I'd been fighting for years: manual processes, copy-paste workflows, hours spent on tasks that should take minutes. So I started building. What began as Google Apps Script macros turned into over 300 automation and AI projects in under two years. I built enterprise ETL platforms, AI-powered forecasting models, RAG chatbots, and multi-agent orchestration systems. I ranked #1 out of 200 employees in Anker's company-wide AI adoption.

Now I run Bartlett Labs, an AI automation consulting firm that builds production-grade applications for businesses. I bring something most AI engineers don't: 15 years of understanding what operations teams actually need, because I've been the one on the floor, managing the SKUs, presenting to the executives.
